Alterra Mountain Company advertises that its Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Pass provide unlimited access to its ski resorts for the entire 2019-20 season. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Alterra Mountain Company closed all of its 15 North American ski resorts beginning March 15th. However, Alterra has not offered refunds to Ikon passholders for the remainder of the season, but instead has only offered a discount off the renewal price for 2020-21.
